Lugansk, May 30 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The head of the “Lugansk People’s Republic” Valery Bolotov said that a proposal to hold negotiations had been received from the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

“The leaders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approached us with a proposal to begin negotiations in Kyiv. We are ready for negotiations only after the unconditional cessation of all hostilities on the part of Ukraine and the complete withdrawal of all armed formations of Kyiv from the territory of the “Luhansk People’s Republic,” Bolotov said.

Let us recall that the leadership of the “Lugansk People’s Republic” voiced the conditions for negotiations more than once. The security forces disseminated information that some of the militias were ready to talk even without fulfilling these conditions.
