The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported this, distributing a video in confirmation, which also shows the security forces’ version of how the blocking of equipment by civilians took place.
The situation in Slavyansk today, according to our correspondent, is relatively calm.
As Navigator reported, on April 17, DPR supporters occupied a local TV tower and turned off Ukrainian TV channels. The repeater transmitted a television signal to Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Gorlovka and Makeevka. Instead of Ukrainian TV channels, Russian ones were included.
