Employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions must arrive at temporary locations in Mariupol and Svatovo by July 7.
This is stated in the appeal of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the personnel of the internal affairs bodies and units of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
Employees of the internal affairs bodies of these regions must arrive at temporary locations to continue their service by July 7, the ministry emphasized.
“If it is impossible to arrive, each employee has the right to decide on the territorial body where he wants to serve for the benefit of Ukraine,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs notes.
The department also reported that the relevant units have begun work on the issue of further service of police officers from these regions in other regions of Ukraine. “Everyone’s wishes will be taken into account,” the appeal says.
Let us recall that earlier the Minister of Internal Affairs of the proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic, Yuriy Ivakin, said that the leadership of the Luhansk Main Directorate, leaving the city, took all the equipment, so the law enforcement officers who remained in the city have nothing to work with.
As Navigator reported, according to information from the mayor of Donetsk, Alexander Lukyanchenko, the crime situation in the city is tense. Yesterday a traffic police squad was shot.
