The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine will take care of the concerts of the Vorovayki group - Anton Gerashchenko
The Russian group “Vorovaiki” may not be allowed into Ukraine if there is an appropriate decision and there is confirmation that the group performed on the territory of Crimea without obtaining permission in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This became known during the press conference “Strategic communications - a component of effective reform of the law enforcement system.”
“The law is the same for everyone, if a person has no restrictions, no government authorized body, then they will come, if certain work is carried out, which can be initiated by patriotic citizens, or us, or the SBU, then they will not be allowed into the territory of Ukraine,” — the Kiev publication UNN quotes the head of the Border Service Sergei Deineko.
In turn, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko said that if violations are detected, they will not be allowed into the territory of Ukraine.
“I personally hear for the first time that there is such a group. Therefore, if this group was on the territory of Ukraine, which is occupied, in violation of Ukrainian legislation, then I am sure that both the SBU and the border guards will not allow them into our territory. If this group or its authors made statements that Crimea is Russia, or this was sung in their songs... I am sure that the leadership of the State National Security Service and the SBU will pay attention to this,” Gerashchenko said.
Concerts of the Russian female chanson group “Vorovaiki” are planned for February 2020 in Kyiv, Nikolaev, Odessa and Kharkov.
