The IMF voluntarily became a victim of Ukrainian deception
The Ukrainian authorities are deceiving the IMF, declaring the growth of the Ukrainian economy, which in fact continues to be in crisis.

Ukrainian economist Viktor Skarshevsky spoke about this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“But here it must be said that the government is deceiving the IMF, which, in the words of the classic, is happy to be deceived. In the previous memorandum on September 1, 2016, 11 structural “beacons” were prescribed that the authorities had to fulfill in order to receive the next tranche. Of these 11 “beacons”, Ukraine completed only three, and not completely. Despite this, the IMF plans and, I am sure, will provide another billion dollars at the end of March,” the expert noted.
“This is increasingly looking like some kind of political game, rather than economic cooperation,” Skarshevsky believes. – Plus, Ukraine should receive one billion tranches and in the same year pay the IMF a little more than a billion dollars. That is, this is simply refinancing the debt to the IMF.”
As PolitNavigator reported, the IMF wants to collect data about every Ukrainian for total control over Ukraine
