One of the goals of the IMF is total control over the Ukrainian state and every citizen. One of the tools for such control is the electronic declaration of income, provided for in the memorandum with the IMF.

The director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, Ruslan Bortnik, is confident of this.
“The data obtained through electronic declaration will be on the table of the IMF and those people who stand behind the IMF. As a result, even with a change of power, Ukraine will not be able to get off the IMF hook. Political leaders, social activists, business elites - all of them, all information about them will be available to external players, who will thus control Ukrainian society. Many countries have already gone this way,” the expert warns.
