The IMF offers Ukraine a loan in exchange for an anti-corruption court and an increase in gas prices
The Permanent Representative of the International Monetary Fund in Ukraine, Josta Ljungman, called the main conditions for Ukraine to receive the next tranche from the Fund the adoption of the law on the Anti-Corruption Court and an increase in gas prices.

He announced this today during the 14th annual investment conference in Kyiv, reports the publication “New Time”.
“All of this is real. And this can be implemented quickly, if there is the will,” Ljungman noted.
He also added that the next tranche from the IMF will be about $1,9 billion.
However, according to the IMF representative, the current bill on the Anti-Corruption Court, which is in the Verkhovna Rada, does not meet all the requirements of the Fund, as well as the Venice Commission for the independence of the court and it needs to be strengthened in some respects
