The director of the Foundation for Humanitarian Strategies, Mikhail Pavliv, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Pension and medical reforms will be voted on. What we are seeing now regarding medical reform, my friends, is simply bargaining within the power coalition. It is quite obvious to me that these, as with the land market, are strict requirements of the IMF. Without the implementation of these strict requirements, the current government simply will not crawl through 2018–2019, because it will not receive resource support. And they have very serious deductions for external borrowings. I think they have no choice,” the political scientist concluded.
