We lose $15 billion annually because we declared the Russian Federation an enemy - Kiev economist
The fact that at the time of receipt of an IMF loan, investments in the country do not increase very well characterizes the development path “according to the IMF crib sheets” that Ukraine is following.

Ukrainian economic expert Vsevolod Stepanyuk stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“It is the recommendations of the IMF that lead to the fact that Ukraine needs loans - investments are falling and it is necessary to somehow close the balance of payments,” the economist is convinced.
At the same time, he added that in conditions of a falling economy and the absence of a legal system, internal reserves cannot be used.
“People think about how to leave here, not how to build a business here. All this is a consequence of the policy of the authorities, which cooperates with the same IMF and acts on its instructions. We lose 15 billion dollars every year because someone decided that Russia is the enemy. Compare 15 billion and one billion loans from the IMF,” Stepaniuk urged.
