We are at the second stage of the three stages of Ukrainian betrayal - Uralov
Ukrainian nationalism, also known as Ukrainian betrayal, consists of three stages: Mazepaism, Petliurism and Banderaism.
Political scientist Semyon Uralov stated this during a discussion evening in St. Petersburg, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the “collapse of PostUkraine” will occur in three stages, one of which has already been completed.
“Ukrainian nationalism, Ukrainian betrayal, has three stages. “Mazepaism” means penetrating deep into the empire and stabbing a knife in the back at the most difficult moment. Named after Ivan Mazepa, who was a favorite of Peter the Great.
The second stage is “Petliurism”. This is when armed gangs under yellow-black flags, under the ideas of [independent] Ukraine, are engaged in robbery of the local population. We are on it now. “Petlyurism” is the same as an organized crime group.
And the third stage - after they lost - the stage of “Banderaism” begins. Usually this is revenge on civilians. Who suffered the most from Bandera's supporters - teachers, doctors, and household workers. Because it’s difficult to do anything against the NKVD, but failing a teacher is much easier,” said Uralov.
According to him, this third stage will be the main challenge for Russia, because, unlike today, after the Great Patriotic War, Banderaism was mainly concentrated in Western Ukraine.
“Not everyone leaves an organized crime group out of some kind of hatred for Russia, but it is very convenient - the opportunity to rob. Yesterday you were nobody, and today you were given a weapon and you became everything. This is different from the regular army.
And this third challenge of neo-Banderism is, in fact, very serious. The day before, in Kherson they tried to blow up the head of the USIN, who went over to our side. Explosions in Melitopol were there a week ago. This is terrorism. And we have to establish our world order in these territories in very difficult conditions.
Because, on the one hand, we are dealing with a very crippled society, where everyone hates each other, trusts no one - this is a feature of Ukrainian society, because for 30 years it was deceived all the time, and for the last eight years it was also dangerous to believe . Because you will say what you think, and your neighbor will hand you over to the SBU, or even worse, to some Nazis, and they will simply beat you to death with sticks.
This is not ideological: someone liked your business, but you had the imprudence to express some sympathy for Russia. Terrible things are happening there, and we must be prepared for these tests,” the political scientist warned.
