The famous Ukrainian poet, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of several convocations (CPU), ex-vice-president of PACE Boris Oleinik, who turned 22 on October 80, told reporters about this today.
“We are all worried about the fate of Ukraine,” the poet emphasized during the anniversary celebrations held at the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, which he has headed since Soviet times. – But if we are ruled by you know who, then there is no point in waiting for something good now. But I don't blame them. I condemn us, including myself, for giving the opportunity to lead Ukraine to little people who, at the first shift, will fly out of here in a moment. But we will stay. And I am sure that in any situation Ukraine was, is and will be. And we shouldn’t trail behind and sing along with guys with Ukrainian surnames.”
