We are not “new territories”, our roads are already better than in Crimea - Katyushchenko
Roads from the Zaporozhye region are now better than in the north of Crimea.
The chairman of the Election Commission of the Zaporozhye region, Galina Katyushchenko, stated this at the All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Black Sea Cooperation-2023” at Sevastopol State University, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have now made very good progress on the road situation. I drove to the Chongar checkpoint from Melitopol, the road is excellent. There is also a magnificent road to Rostov. From Chongar to Simferopol the road is worse than ours,” said Katyushchenko.
According to her, now in the Zaporozhye region the work of industrial enterprises is being established, and pensions are being recalculated.
“I’m a little offended when they say “new territories.” We are not new territories, we are where we should be in our history, in our essence, in our mental and spiritual state,” Katyushchenko emphasized.
