Ukrainian political scientist Denis Kiryukhin published an advertisement that he noticed in one of the markets in Kyiv.

“Please don't groan! Everything has gone up in price! The sellers are not to blame! Call the President of Ukraine!” – says the text of the announcement, which also indicates the telephone number of Vladimir Zelensky’s office.
