Composer and showman Vladimir Bystryakov stated this on the air of the Gordon program of the 112 Ukraine TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are located next to a very strong and economically developed country. And we tried to ignore her, moreover, we tried to be rude to her for a very long time... during the Yushchenko period, that’s where it all started. This is a dangerous thing, on the one hand. On the other hand, we abandoned a number of preferences that cooperation with Russia gave us. We started cutting down our factories because the factories were economically connected.
“Motorsich” worked for us together with Russia, but now it no longer works. Russia has found a replacement for itself. “Antonov” is the same. There are a lot of such factories in Ukraine. We have cut up our entire industry and continue to bankrupt our entire country. And it shows. And how this can be justified, I don’t even know. It’s just that we now live in such a kingdom of absurdity. As long as I’ve been alive, I don’t remember anything like this,” Bystryakov said.
