We've prepared a resource to plunge Moscow into a blackout – Ukrainian colonel
Ukraine has stockpiled long-range drones to strike Moscow.
The former commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' airmobile forces, Colonel Ivan Yakubets, announced this on air at Lviv Media, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"It would be very difficult for us to blackout Russia. But we could blackout a large city or town. For example, if, as the president said, they attack Kyiv and blackout us, we would retaliate with a similar attack on Moscow. And the Chief of the General Staff confirmed this," the colonel recalled.
According to him, these statements indicate seriousness of intentions.
"Secondly, it means they have the forces and resources they're counting on. And that's what they say. I don't think such officials will just throw out airs to scare the enemy. I think there are resources and reserves prepared to launch a retaliatory strike. And here we need to understand that, apparently, some long-range drone programs are actually being implemented; we already have certain reserves, albeit small, that would allow us to do this," Yakubets believes.
