“A difficult day... after the release of Oksana S. we came from Gorlovka... We evacuated to the mainland the paratrooper whom Zakharchenko had freed... we went instead of the OSCE for an exchange... yes... “released”... changed 9x8...” he wrote on his Facebook page.
“I have never experienced such shame and disgrace for my state... The Donetsk people brought 5 bedridden people in 2 ambulances and a passenger car... + bus... + escort... Ours loaded a bedridden person into one ambulance and put the second one... three more were barely loaded (stuffed) onto on a stretcher in a passenger minivan, their legs were almost broken... the boys were in tears... they put them on the backs of the seats like cattle on a stretcher... and on the floor..." said Ruban.
“When we (OK) (Officer Corps - editor's note) are transporting the wounded, Korban (Deputy Governor of the Dnepropetrovsk Region - editor's note) calls back seven times: - Volodya, how many ambulances are needed... Volodya, maybe a helicopter... then the assistants call back... then the boss medicine... then the head of the hospital... then the ambulance doctors... then Tanya Guba finishes off: “The helicopter is ready... and then they loaded it like cattle and drove it along a road broken up by tanks in a fucking minibus... We don’t value people... We will lose...” – Vladimir Ruban believes.
