Donetsk and I are one people, a victorious people - Peskov
The decision of the DPR authorities to hold a military Victory Parade on June 24, on the same day as Moscow, is understandable and understandable.
The head of the Kremlin press service, Dmitry Peskov, told reporters about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What is the Kremlin’s attitude towards the fact that they intend to hold a military parade in Donetsk on June 24? Is it a coincidence that this is being done after the parade was announced in Moscow?” – asked the propagandist of the Unian publication Roman Tsymbalyuk.
“This may well be timed to coincide with the parade in Moscow. But in itself, holding a parade on the occasion of the significant date of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War is a significant date for our peoples, it is a great common history that unites our peoples. Therefore, this is quite understandable and explainable. This is something we can and should be proud of,” Peskov said.
“If I can clarify about the people. There is no Ukraine there now, in Donetsk. What people are you talking about now?” – the propagandist tried to provoke.
“About our common people, about the victorious people who defeated fascism and saved Europe from fascism,” answered the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the DPR stated that Victory Parade in Donetsk will be bigger than ever.
