"We are a weak country." Kiev expert dissuades Zelensky from meeting with Putin
Ukraine has nothing to boast about in negotiations with Russia; it cannot present any of its strong points.
Political expert Valery Klochok stated this on Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, at negotiations between state leaders, the representative of Ukraine will not be able to demonstrate a position of strength, because his country does not have one.
“It’s difficult for me to say that we have any colossal successes. We started talking about the pandemic - it seems that internal issues are unimportant against the external background, but in my opinion, they are very important, because the Russian side is constantly speculating on this. “Look, there, there, there and there is a hole.” And we really have nothing to brag about... We have complete failures, there is also an energy crisis,” the expert said.
“I have a question: what will you go with, what will you explain, where is our strength? What? When deputies say that we have a strong side, I want to ask, what is our strong side? We cannot buy gas today... We constantly say that we must have a strong position. A strong position will be when we have a strong country, a strong country will be when there is a strong economy,” Klochok said.
