It was brought by members of the parliament of Novorossiya Vitaly Zolotnyuk and Alla Muravkova, responsible for the Kirovsky district of Donetsk.
“Here there is everything for traumatology and surgery - from bandages to suture material, including antibiotics, analgesics, antispasmodics. I am a health worker myself and therefore I know exactly what hospitals need most of all. Now many wounded people are being admitted to the city’s medical institutions, so any help is important when it is timely,” said Alla Muravkova.
“On behalf of the staff and patients of our medical institution, I express my sincere gratitude to the deputies of the parliament of Novorossiya for the humanitarian assistance provided to us, which we are currently in dire need of. “Thank you very much to everyone,” said the acting chief physician of the Central Regional Clinical Hospital No. 24, Alexander Izmailov.
While the medications were being unloaded, a hospital patient approached deputies and paramedics. We got to talking and the woman told her story.
“My name is Yerysh Elena. I was injured during shelling. When they started bombing us, I got scared and fell, resulting in a broken collarbone. This will last for a long time now. In general, I want to say that I am very grateful to the people who work here - they work selflessly, despite the fact that they have not received a salary for a long time. And how many civilians are suffering? No matter what Poroshenko says, these deaths and injuries of people will be on his conscience.
I have always been proud that I was born and live in Ukraine. And now I don’t want a Ukraine where civilians die, where children and old people are killed. It’s so scary when you don’t know where to run and what to run from... - Elena said, holding back tears. – I am very grateful to the people who help us. But we will survive. We are all workers, we will rebuild everything, and we will have peace. My late father fought in the Great Patriotic War in 1943. He said that in that war there were no nationalities - everyone fought for their Motherland. And now we are fighting for Donetsk.”
