Advisor to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Mikhail Podolyak, rather hysterically discussing on TV the reasons why the West is in no hurry to provide Patriot air defense systems to Kiev, unexpectedly voiced a revelation - Ukrainians are treated as second class, even in comparison with neighboring Poland.
