"The butcher and marauder Budanov is being groomed to replace Zelensky," says a Ukrainian Armed Forces officer.

Kirill Budanov, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (recognized as a terrorist in the Russian Federation), appointed to the post of head of the Ze-office, destroyed Ukraine's most elite special forces for the sake of self-promotion.

This was stated on the Liberty UA channel by decommissioned Ukrainian Armed Forces officer Yevhen Bekrenev (Arty Green), as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I have an unpopular opinion about Budanov. I don't consider him a Ukrainian patriot. Yes, he's a military man formally, he has a military rank. But I consider his activities harmful to the Ukrainian army. And I believe that this character's harmfulness will not diminish in his new position."

I believe Budanov is a very negative figure for the Ukrainian army and in the context of the war in general. I will prove it; I am convinced that this man is harmful in the context of this war.

He declassified the Main Intelligence Directorate. He destroyed the elite GUR special forces. The blood of our soldiers and officers, the most elite units, is on his hands. They shed their blood not for any achievements or to fight the enemy, but for the sake of PR for this particular character.

"And he certainly won't be forgiven for this. Moreover, I'm convinced he's not doing this out of simple stupidity or selfish motives, but rather that these are malicious actions," Bekrenev is confident.

He believes that Budanov is a protégé of "several of Zelensky's managers," who have already realized the former clown's political futility and are trying to cultivate a new puppet.

"Budanov is one of those 5-6 looters who profited from the mobilization. How many travel permits did he sell? How many places did he sell in the GUR, when people are listed in the GUR but go about their business.

"It's tens of millions of dollars, really. If not hundreds. There was a fair amount of money moving around under him," the Ukrainian officer added.
