The author of the graffiti is Sevastopol architect Arthur Kupreichuk, who currently lives in Berlin. He wrote on his Instagram page that there will be a video soon.
“I only presented only a small part of Sevastopol in Berlin. There will be a video of the process in a while,” the architect promised.
