An additional border checkpoint will be installed in the Chernihiv region due to the influx of “occupiers”
Ukrainian border guards announced that in connection with the memorial days they would set up an additional temporary checkpoint on the border with the “occupier country” in the Chernihiv region.
This is stated in a message from the press service of the Chernigov border detachment, reports the local publication 0462.ua.
“To ensure comfortable border crossing during the memorial days, all necessary measures have been taken. Additional forces and means will be deployed at checkpoints where an increase in the number of people and vehicles is possible. Issues of temporary admission of citizens living in settlements bordering Russia have been agreed upon with executive authorities and local self-government.
Thus, on April 17, from 7.00 to 19.00, on the Klyusy (Snovsky district) - Novy Svet (Bryansk region) section, residents of the village of Klyusy and three settlements of the Bryansk region (Novye Yurkovichi, Novyi Svet and Chapel) will be allowed through,” the message says.
