In Donbass, primaries are taking place today - preliminary voting before local elections. In the DPR, all 208 polling stations opened at 8:00 a.m. and will remain open until 20:00 p.m.

“Information has been received from all precinct election commissions - they have all opened, held their first meetings, - voting stations are open,” Andrei Korzhevsky, speaker of the VrIK, told reporters.

“The voting process will take place in Budennovsky, Voroshilovsky, Kalininsky, Kievsky, Kirovsky, Kuibyshevsky, Leninsky, Petrovsky, Proletarsky districts of the city of Donetsk. And also in the city of Mospino, the urban-type settlements of Staromikhailovka, Elenovka, Aleksandrovka, the villages of Andreevka, Lyubovka, Luganskoye,” said VrIK press attache Oleg Balykin.
