In particular, the network is unavailable in Donetsk, Kramatorsk, Snezhny, and Artemovsk. It is impossible to reach residents of these regions by phone. At the same time, Kyivstar and Life are working. Users of social networks report that the MTS network has not been working for several days in Lugansk, Rubezhny, Severodonetsk, Pervomaisk and Kirovsk.

The company's press service stated that subscribers in the Donetsk region, as well as the Berdyansk and Primorsky districts of the Zaporozhye region may experience communication difficulties. The reason is a break in the fiber-optic transmission line in the combat zone. It is not known how long the communication outages will last.

As Navigator reported, today MTS was turned off throughout the Crimea.
