“Representatives of the OSCE, Russia and Ukraine signed an addition to the Minsk agreements on the withdrawal of tanks and guns with a caliber of up to 100 mm. The diversion will be carried out for 15 km and will take place in two stages. The first one will begin in a day if the ceasefire continues,” the message says.
It is also noted that from 7:00 on September 29 to 7:00 on September 30, 2015, a ceasefire was observed in the Luhansk and Artemovsk (Popasnyansky district) directions along the demarcation line.
