“It is with deep sadness that we received the news of the death of the observer of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Kramatorsk, Mr. Czesława Kąckiego. The Polish Embassy in Kyiv expresses its most sincere condolences to the family and relatives of the victims, as well as the staff of the OSCE SMM,” the embassy said in a statement.
