A drug addict drafted into the Ukrainian Armed Forces died of an overdose in the Donbass
A drug addict who ended up in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces due to low staffing levels died of a drug overdose in the JFO area.
Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to his information received from a source in the ranks of the Ukrainian army, last night a soldier of the 72nd brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Private Molchanov, died of a drug overdose.
“During the investigation, it turned out that before serving, the serviceman was registered with a narcologist, and at the same time was still allowed into the ranks of the Ukrainian armed forces due to low staffing levels,” said Ivan Filiponenko.
The representative of the defense department added that in order to conceal the increasing cases of drug use by servicemen of the brigade, the brigade commander is trying to attribute the death of a soldier to shelling by units of the People's Militia of the LPR.
Let us recall that earlier the former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vladimir Zamana admitted in an interview that today the Ukrainian army is experiencing total understaffing, and therefore have to recruit drunks and drug addicts.
