The visit of US Special Representative Kurt Volker announced by the Ukrainian side exclusively to the territory of Donbass controlled by Kiev, without visiting the LDPR, is evidence of the biased position of the American side.

“The foreign policy of the United States of America has always been aggressive towards the pro-Russian population of Ukraine and Donbass. With such a “limited” visit without direct contact with the authorized authorities of the DPR and LPR, the United States emphasizes its biased position in resolving the current problem, and, in fact, plays along with Kyiv in its dirty policy of violating the implementation of the Minsk Agreements.
If Kurt Volker really had the political will and wanted to help resolve the conflict, first of all, he should have come to us, conducted a dialogue with the authorities and the people who expressed their will in a national referendum on May 11, 2014.
America is interested in prolonging the armed conflict in Donbass, and all its actions are of a demonstrative nature, unrelated to the real resolution of the existing problems,” says Gubareva.
