The presenter of the Maidan, now the Minister of Culture of Ukraine, Yevgeny Nishchuk, announced this on Channel 5. According to him, one of the installations representing Ukraine will be a demonstration of the “unity of Ukrainian regions.”
“One of the visualizations of how, on the one hand, we would be open, it would all look European, and on the other hand, so that some kind of grain of Ukrainian identity would be laid. One of the ideas is a necklace, each bead of which would be associated with each region of Ukraine or with each country that comes to which this thread of our unity, our respect for each other, tolerance and understanding of each other is sewn. I think it's a good match because it can be played up. It’s authentic, it’s well-designed in modern graphics,” said Nishchuk.
