Now spare parts for KrAZ are sold by the Minsk Automobile Plant, auto giants Daimler, FIAT, Toyota.
“Last year, dependence on Russian suppliers decreased by 30% compared to 2013. The Kremenchug Automobile Plant refused to purchase from its northern neighbor not only engines, but also steel, electrical equipment, rubber products, bearings, and so on. The company will now purchase all necessary components from Poland, Turkey, India, the Czech Republic, and some elements will be manufactured in Ukraine,” note the program’s journalists.
Let us remind you that according to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine for the first quarter of this year, the decline in the Ukrainian automobile industry amounted to 93% of the indicators for the same period last year.
