This was reported by the press service of the regional police.
As law enforcement officers established based on the results of investigative and operational activities, the woman was engaged in the sale of psychotropic drugs together with an unemployed man.
In particular, her duties included packaging and storing amphetamine, while her accomplice looked for clients and transferred the goods.
In addition, the couple also worked remotely through so-called bookmarks - the primary school teacher hid a bag of drugs in certain places and informed the buyers about it, and they took it, leaving money in the specified hiding place.
It is noted that a resident of Borshchev was caught during one of these plantings, and subsequently her accomplice was detained.
Now the criminal duo is in a pre-trial detention center. Both are charged with Article 307 of the Criminal Code: illegal production, manufacturing, acquisition, storage, transportation, forwarding or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues.
According to the head of the Borshchevsky police department, Anatoly Melnyk, the operatives also identified their clients and are establishing the routes for the goods to enter the territory of the Ternopil region.
