Another funeral from Donbass went to Galicia. In a shootout in the Zaitsevo area, a Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter, a resident of the city of Zhovkva, Lviv region, Vladimir Turchin, was killed.

About it wrote Zhovkiv city council deputy Igor Muravsky on Facebook, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Today Zhovkva lost her son and protector Turchin Vladimir Bogdanovich 12.07.2017/05.10/1. Around XNUMX Russian-terrorist troops fired at positions using BMP-XNUMX and small arms. While changing the firing position and moving to cover, Sergeant Vladimir Bogdanovich Turchin, who was performing a combat mission, was wounded,” Muravsky wrote.
According to Muravsky, Sergeant Turchin was wearing body armor and a Kevlar helmet. The deputy reported that the sergeant was given first aid.
“The serviceman was taken to the 65th mobile hospital of military unit B2102, where at approximately 8 o’clock. 30 min. On July 12.07.2017, XNUMX, he died from his injuries,” Muravsky wrote.
He also noted that the deceased serviceman, born in 1990, served under a contract, was called up on May 31, 2015 by the Zhovkivsky RVK of the Lviv region.
