According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, at 11:50 one of the tanks with a capacity of 900 cubic meters depressurized, as a result of which fuel spilled out and flaring began.
Rescuers assure that, nevertheless, extinguishing the fire is going according to plan - in the near future it is planned to pump out the fuel remaining in other tanks of the burnt base.
