The priest of the “Kyiv Patriarchate” Bogdan Kostyuk told the UNN agency about this.
“Given the well-known situation, on the border with occupied Crimea, with the blessing of the Archbishop of Kherson and Tauride UOC KP Damian, we plan to hold an ecumenical prayer service together with representatives of all religious organizations operating in this region,” he said.
A joint prayer between Muslims and Orthodox schismatics took place at the first checkpoint at the exit from Chaplinka.
