“As part of the joint actions of the State Border Service of Ukraine, military personnel of the National Guard in the city of Kotovsk, Odessa region, while carrying out measures to strengthen the border, discovered a mine storage facility of 102 mines,” the press service of the National Guard reported.
The territory was surrounded because the mines were in a state where it was dangerous to remove them - they were neutralized on the spot, Ukrainian security officials said.
