He stated this on Channel 5. “This is all a reserve that is being prepared for some extremely systemic provocation. At the moment, there are no such prerequisites, but Russia is potentially preparing for a confrontational scenario in Ukraine, and at a confrontational global level with NATO countries,” Malomuzh asserts.
