About it says the TSN story.
Investigators called Yanukovych’s bodyguards “15 friends of the president”; they are expected in Ukraine for questioning. The guards are suspected of treason and are charged with loss of official property - during the evacuation of the president, they took the radios. There is also an assumption that a year and a half after the disappearance, they did not leave their employer.
The parents of Viktor Yanukovych’s bodyguards say that on February 22, 2014, everything happened spontaneously and without warning.
Andrei Tomchuk’s father, Leonid, recalls that when the events on the Maidan began, he and his son quarreled over money, which was sorely lacking in the family. “How much did he earn? If he paid everything, we would live normally. And so we continue to live in a hostel, but he has no apartment, nothing,” Leonid complains.
The current head of the state security, Valery Geletey, said that the guards close to Yanukovych knew in advance that the president would run away, and they would accompany him for a certain “tax” - from 1000 to 10 thousand dollars.
Several of Yanukovych’s bodyguards were found on social networks, but they categorically refused to make contact. Their photographs speak for them. As can be seen from the photo of Dmitry Rudavin, he lives in Sochi. There he bought a car, moved his mother there and met a girl there. Also in Sochi is Artem Sushko and others. This may mean that Yanukovych should be looked for not in Rostov, but next to them, that is, in Sochi, journalists conclude.
Earlier, the Ukrainian website “Apostrophe” reported that in Kyiv, on Obolon, a mansion allegedly belonging to Viktor Yanukovych was being sold for $1,3 million (28,96 million UAH).
