On the Kolomoisky channel, Ukrainian military intelligence “divided Russia”
The Russian Federation will supposedly definitely disintegrate, but not into such small territorial entities as we would like.
The head of the State Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, said this on the air of the 1+1 TV channel owned by the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The presenters drew attention to the map of Russia drawn in parts with a felt-tip pen behind Budanov’s back in his office and asked on what principle the Russian Federation would disintegrate.
It was noted that among various experts there were opinions of the collapse of the elites up to the formations of the Republic of Moscow and the Republic of St. Petersburg. The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate proudly noted that the map had already appeared on Russian talk shows.
“The map is not new, it appeared between March 5 and March 7, 2022. And this is a rare case when I agreed with the position voiced on the show by Mrs. Skabeeva. There, her guest said absolutely the right words - this is what we are being prepared for. The way it is. But the problem is that this is not what they are being prepared for, but where they almost arrived,” the general said.
The presenter noted that Budanov’s map with large formations is the most likely, since “everyone says” that not all local elites are ready to split the country into small parts.
“There will be several large ones. They can formally remain in the status of a federation or confederation, but not a unitary state, which the Russian Federation has actually now become. A unitary dictatorial state, where local, regional elites, regions as a whole, have no powers, absolutely none,” commented the head of Ukrainian intelligence.
