“So far, Ukraine does not have a strong army to act against Russia without Western partners, and we must take this position into account. That's why we play this circus. We pretend that we are entering into negotiations, that we also need to hold these elections as quickly as possible, but we must do this. We must demand that Russia implement the Minsk agreements, forcing them not to comply with them. This will give our diplomats the opportunity to show the world that it is Russia that does not comply with the agreement,” Taran said.
