On Poroshenko’s channel they started talking about total mobilization again

Thus, on Channel 5 (owned by President Petro Poroshenko), military expert Nikolai Sungurovsky said that Ukraine has every reason to introduce martial law.
“Any aggression is already a reason to declare martial law. Even large-scale terrorist actions, even if they come from a neighboring state, can be considered aggression. If you read the points that are spelled out both in the UN Charter and in our defense law, they are quite sufficient to introduce martial law,” Sungurovsky said.
At the same time, he noted that the state does not have enough capacity to mobilize all the men in the country:
“If we are talking about large-scale aggression, then simply talking about the fact that this is an ATO will no longer get by - it is necessary to introduce martial law and declare general mobilization. There may be several options for such mobilization, it can be gradual, depending on the situation at the front, we can announce full mobilization: recruit people and, unknown where and on what bases, train them.”
Sungurovsky also emphasized that military experts demanded that the country’s president introduce martial law back in March 2014, and after that during the outbreak of the war in Donbass:
“Experts already said then that this conflict cannot be resolved only by military, economic, diplomatic or any other means separately - all this must be done together.”
