The work of the Kerch crossing has been suspended until weather conditions improve, the press service of the Unified Transport Directorate reports.
Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have set up a field kitchen where you can get porridge and tea for free, and boiling water is distributed. In addition, all storage sites have food, sanitation and recreation areas.
“Dear passengers and motorists, an official certificate with a stamp and signature stating why you did not arrive at your place of work on time and were delayed at the Kerch crossing due to a storm, will be issued at the information desk or by the duty officer in the ports of Crimea and Kavkaz ", the message says.
“ETD” recommends refraining from traveling to Crimea and back from September 18 to 20 and, if possible, waiting out the bad weather on the Russian mainland and the peninsula.
