The grand opening of the largest national flag in Ukraine took place in the Kyiv region.
This was reported by the press service of the Boryspil district state administration.

The flag was installed on a hill in the direction of the Boryspil international airport (33 km of the Kyiv-Kharkiv highway).
The structure is made of marble quartzite chips. The largest flag in Ukraine measures 14,5 x 50 meters. The record was officially recorded in the National Register of Ukraine.
Also during the celebrations, passports were presented to six citizens of Ukraine who had reached the age of 16. The event is dedicated to the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine and the 25th anniversary of the independence of Ukraine.
