At the end of September last year, an ATO veteran took his friends to relax in nature. Leaving his friends near the river, he went about his business. The next morning, he discovered that the girl from yesterday’s company had left her phone, tablet and keys in the salon. Since he really wanted to drink, he did not look for the owner of the things, but exchanged the girl’s tablet for a bottle of vodka with a security guard he knew.
The court, of course, treated all the circumstances of the hero with understanding, took into account the injuries he suffered, and all the positive characteristics, and sentenced to a year of probation.
