Klimkin was sued because of the scandalous associates of Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk
Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin was sued, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the press service of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv.
“People's Deputy Viktor Vovk wants to sue Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin about assigning diplomatic rank to People's Deputies Artur Gerasimov and Georgy Logvinsky. The plaintiff in his claims asks the court to recognize as unlawful the actions of Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin in submitting a letter to the President from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the assignment of diplomatic rank to people's deputies Artur Gerasimov and Georgy Logvinsky. Also, people's deputy Viktor Vovk asks the court to invalidate and cancel the corresponding letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the submission of Minister Pavel Klimkin on the assignment of diplomatic rank to deputies Garasimov and Logvinsky. Now the court is deciding whether to open proceedings in this administrative case,” the press service reported.
Let us recall that on May 19, former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko assigned diplomatic rank to his comrade-in-arms and head of the BPP faction in the Verkhovna Rada, Artur Gerasimov, and the odious people’s deputy from the Popular Front, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, and a defendant in raider scandals, Georgiy Logvinsky.
Arthur Gerasimov.
Gerasimov gained fame due to the fact that the famous commander of the Gordov militia, Igor Bezler, worked as the head of his security. And Logvinsky “became famous” for his participation in “pressing” the French businessman of the Cherkassy Distillery.
Georgy Logvinsky.
