Kiev, February 20 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Navigator correspondent Sergei Rulev managed to get into the camp of supporters of Viktor Yanukovych in the Mariinsky Park near the Verkhovna Rada - most of the “blue and white” left the tents due to the threat of the Maidan offensive. However, a small group of young people appeared on the spot, led by a guy in a mask with the call sign “Topaz”.

At first, “Topaz” behaved friendly and told the journalist that the remaining food from the closed camp was now being transferred to the soldiers of the internal troops. However, suddenly his comrades, seeing that the reporter was filming, attacked Rulev.

The journalist managed to break free and leave the scene of the incident only after he began shouting that he was allegedly “Zinchenko’s man,” the commandant of the “regionals” tent city.
