In April, the US President decided to remove Cuba from the list of state sponsors of terrorism.
Later, the head of the Cuban State Council, Raul Castro, said that in order to restore normal relations between the countries, it is necessary to completely lift the embargo imposed by President John Kennedy in 1960.
