On April 23, at a checkpoint of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Stary Aidar in the Luhansk region, two armed servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stopped a patrol of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission and in an aggressive manner demanded to get out of the car and provide documents proving citizenship.

Speaker of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrey Marochko stated this at a briefing in Lugansk.
According to him, OSCE SMM observers recorded that both servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were intoxicated.
