This was announced today by the official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In general, the moral and psychological state of military personnel and officers of the 54th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is characterized as low. Due to the lack of full control of commanders over subordinate personnel, cases of military personnel using alcoholic beverages and narcotic substances became more frequent in the brigade. These facts are carefully hidden from higher command.
It became known that a serviceman of the 80th separate air assault brigade of the armed forces of Ukraine, who had been absent without leave for a week, committed suicide after using narcotic substances,” said Andrey Marochko.
