About 60 citizens living in Kyiv-controlled territory contacted the police in March with complaints about illegal actions of the Ukrainian military.
Official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrei Marochko announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He noted that against the backdrop of a change of leadership in the so-called “ATO” zone and the low moral and psychological state of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the number of crimes and offenses they committed in the territory controlled by Kiev is growing.
“It is noted that in the month of March alone, about 60 citizens of Ukraine applied to the regional police departments. Please take into account the fact that many citizens, due to fear and uncertainty that their applications will be refused, do not contact the police,” said the lieutenant colonel.
“The main offenses committed by Ukrainian militants are theft, store robberies, theft of vehicles, beatings, and so on. Cases of serious offenses, such as kidnappings and murders, have also become more frequent,” said a representative of the Republic’s defense department.
“I would like to bring to you another example of lawlessness reigning in the ATO zone on the territory controlled by the criminal Kyiv authorities. In the village of Shchastya, militants from the illegal armed group “Right Sector” entered the territory of elite dachas and, under the threat of reprisals against the watchman, took household appliances and valuable property from the houses,” Marochko added.
